Does it cost anything to join Insider Trips?

No Way! A Membership with Insider Trips is free. By joining, you gain access to some of the best travel deals online. Be sure to join today to make sure you don't miss out on any great deals.

How do I purchase a deal?

Just click the "buy now" button before the sale ends. At the end of the day, your credit card will be charged and you will receive a confirmation email. You will be emailed a voucher the day after you purchase. You can also log into your account at Insider Trips ins order to see your purchased deals.

So, I just bought a deal from you. Now what?

You will receive an email from us with the travel voucher. Be sure to call the reservations department for the property (number is listed on your voucher) to book your travel dates. Be sure to bring the voucher along with a government ID to the merchant in order for your deal to be validated!

Glad you asked! Our website, insidertrips.com was been selling great travel deals since 2010. We recently decided to change our model in order to provide users with much better deals! We are a Boston based company, and are registered as a Seller of Travel in California. Check our About Us section for more info on the company.

How can you provide such great savings?

We work hand in hand with our travel suppliers to try and find the best solution which works for their business but also for our members. Our vendors provide us with an exclusive deal, since we are able to fill up vacancies; the prices provided to us are VERY attractive. So the more members we get, and the more we can sell, the better deals we can bring to you!

When will I be charged for the deal?

When you purchase a deal from Insider Trips, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Your credit card will be charged at the end of the day of purchase.

When will my voucher expire?

The expiration date of your voucher will be listed on the voucher itself, as well as on the deal page.

What happens when my voucher expires?

Once your voucher reaches its expiration date, it loses its promotional value - but, if your state law requires the merchant to honor the voucher after the promotional period, you will still be able to redeem it at the merchant for the price you actually paid for the voucher for the period required by any applicable law. Check the terms listed on the deal page or on your voucher for more information.

Do I have to print my voucher?

Unless otherwise noted on the voucher itself, you must print the voucher and present it to the merchant. Please make sure you have access to a printer before purchasing.

Can I buy a deal as a gift for someone else?

Yes, feel free to give our deals away as gifts, unless the voucher terms state otherwise. At checkout there is an option which says "Gift". Please check that box, and fill out the required information

Do I need to show ID when I redeem my voucher?

Yes, always take a government-issued ID with you when you redeem your voucher. And if you buy a voucher as a gift for someone else, make sure that they take their ID with them.

Is my credit card information secure on Insider Trips?

Of course! We use a fully encrypted (SSL) connection.

Do you have a Privacy Policy?

Can I get a refund?

Insider Trips will provide a refund if you change your mind within 24 Hours after you've purchased your voucher and want to "return" the unused voucher. After that, we do not provide refunds except that we will provide a refund if you are unable to redeem a voucher because the merchant has gone out of business.

I just referred a friend to Insider Trips. What happens next?

If you refer a friend to Insider Trips, they will receive an email from us. If they sign up for Insider Trips account through the link in the email and make their first purchase, $25 will be credited to your account.
